I just finished rereading Josh McDowell's book Right from Wrong. In it, he and coauthor Bob Hostetler put forth the steps needed to help teach us and our children the biblical basis for right and wrong.
He gives the definition of absolute truth as follows: "That which is true for all people, for all times, in all places."
The authors put forth many examples of absolute truth that, as a christian I agree with wholeheartedly. My question to everyone is this...
Is this nation and world too caught up in moral relativism to believe in Absolute Truth? If not how do we go about teaching our children to understand and accept the truth when they hear it?
If we have become too cynical to believe in absolute truth, can we find our way back? Do we want to find our way back?
